Let’s Preserve: Basics of Home Canning

Throughout the summer and fall, we get to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. Safety is a MUST! Now is a good time to update your methods and learn how to preserve fruits and vegetables so they can be enjoyed all year long. Supply fee of $10.00 paid to instructor.

● Jams and Jellies: Monday, June 18, 2018 – 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
● Vegetables: Wednesday, July 11, 2018 – 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
● Location: Kennedy Secondary School, Room 1603
● Instructor: Carol Reithmeier, Home Economist
● Class Fee: $10.00
