The Rawlins Piano Trio is a classical chamber music group in residence at the University of South Dakota. Members are Eunho Kim (violin), Marie-Elaine Gagnon (cello), and Susan Keith Gray (piano). Active as teachers as well as performers, the trio members are also on the faculty of the University of South Dakota Department of Music.

Since 2004, the Rawlins Piano Trio has made successful concert and teaching tours throughout Taiwan and Panama. In January 2011, the Trio performed on the prestigious performance showcase at the national conference of Chamber Music America in New York City. In May 2013, the trio toured in Korea.

This is the first performance in AC4TA’s 2015-16 On-Stage Concerts. These concerts present classical chamber music the way it was intended to be experienced: in a small intimate setting. Audience members are seated on stage with the performers, making seating limited with a limited number of tickets available.

A Center for the Arts On-Stage Concerts are sponsored in part by the Victor Lundeen Company and the Inga M. Johnson Endowment Fund. AC4TA’s programing is also made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.

The mission of A Center for the Arts is: To connect artists and audiences by providing the best possible arts experiences that inspire imagination, curiosity, creativity and learning.
